Hi! Welcome to Central Florida Tax Service.  We are so excited that we are expanding our services by opening an office in Zephyrhills starting in January 2026.  I am Karlene Whidden, even though most people call me Libby, and I started this business along with Toni Bruce and Sherry Edenfield in May of 2006.  I have been preparing taxes since 1998.  In 2012, I became an enrolled agent with the IRS and have been helping solve issues for my clients ever since.

I have a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education, both from the University of South Florida.  I taught middle school math in Pasco County for almost 20 years.  I retired from teaching June 2013.  Along with my husband, Jerry Whidden, we have 3 children, and 13 grandchildren.
